The Farragut Building

Property management tasked Mosaic with assessing the Farragut Building's façade in Washington, D.C., before scheduled repairs. The aim was to supplement the contractor's repair scope. Mosaic conducted a comprehensive evaluation, examining precast concrete, granite cladding, brick masonry, joints, and windows. A detailed condition assessment summary was presented, and a schematic plan was developed for immediate and long-term repairs, aiding budget utilization and future planning.

Mosaic's evaluation identified repairs that didn't need immediate attention, allowing a more appropriate timeframe, and uncovered deficiencies overlooked by the contractor.
