1401 H Street Garage
Constructed in 1992, this multi-story commercial building features a reinforced concrete frame and a four-level underground parking garage. The property's deterioration prompted property management and ownership to seek short- and long-term repair recommendations. Mosaic analyzed condition documents, gathered engineering data, and collaborated on a multi-year repair plan fitting the budget. While the garage was in good condition for its age, Mosaic identified the potential for increased corrosion-related deterioration. A long-term protection plan was devised, and design and construction services were employed to implement the plan, ensuring the structure's continued integrity and future durability.
