Marina Tower
Mosaic conducted a review of a residential-turned-condominium building known as Marina Towers. Limited drawings from 1965 were available for review. The building consists of three wings connected at a central core and features a reinforced concrete frame with brick masonry walls. The building has a 14-story height with a below-grade parking garage. A comprehensive façade restoration project was completed in the past. During observations, no major structural concerns were found, but deterioration was observed in the boiler room, parking garage, and expansion joint patio slab. Mosaic carried out repairs for the boiler room and monitoring of the parking garage and expansion joint patio slab.
