MVC Ocean Point Marriot

MVC Ocean Pointe Resort comprises five multi-story time share condominium buildings with various amenities. Constructed between 1999 and 2004, the complex includes guest rooms, swimming pools, tennis courts, and more. The buildings feature concrete frames, stucco facades, and a combination of window types. Building 5 has experienced significant corrosion and damage to its eaves, soffits, and metal roof trusses, with sections completely lost and stucco failure. Mosaic has been requested to provide engineering support for evaluating, designing repairs, and overseeing construction administration for the Building 5 soffits.
