The façade of Breakers Cay showed damage to storefront window systems, balconies, and soffits, necessitating repairs and replacements. The Casino's storefront systems were deemed unrepairable, requiring replacements. The central maintenance, warehouse, and laundry buildings had roof damages, with recommended repairs and replacements. China Beach, a non-operational restaurant, suffered from extensive roof damage, calling for replacements and repairs. Overall, the evaluation highlighted significant deficiencies and recommended capital expenditures for the next 10 years to address these issues.
