Papillon Apartments

Water damage had affected Papillon Apartments' façade elements, leading to The McDonnel Group (TMG) being tasked with window replacement and deteriorated balcony removal. During initial site assessment, TMG found additional work requiring scope modification. Mosaic was engaged by TMG to assist in prioritizing the work, develop construction details and material specs, and create a schematic scope for the remaining façade systems. Mosaic conducted site visits for review and consultation throughout the project. The endeavor encompassed window replacement, wood balcony removal, and restoration of waterproofing components like sheathing and flashings. Mosaic's involvement was vital in addressing water intrusion and generating construction details to rectify issues and enhance the façade's condition.
