Mosaic Engineering provided slate roofing replacement services, which included removing the existing slate tiles on the front, rear, and porch sections of the building. They inspected the decking and fascia boards for any deterioration or rot and replaced damaged sections. Flashing details were installed, along with aluminum drip edge, ice shield, felt underlayment, and Virginia Slate Co® roofing slates. New pipe collars, vents, snow guards, and copper valleys were also installed.
